Morning Motivator - It's Fat Tuesday!!

Today is the end of MARDI GRAS, also known as Fat Tuesday. Today, we are to INDULGE ourselves with our behaviors, in lieu of our SACRIFICES we make tonight at midnight until Easter.

Traditionally, I have found today to be NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS, Round 2. Many will RE-COMMIT to doing (or not doing) the things they just committed (and often failed) to do December 31st.

Why, as human beings, do we need MILESTONE dates or rituals to COMMIT ourselves to excellence? Why must we CONTINUALLY be reminded that PRODUCTIVE behavior generates POSITIVE results?

2 DEGREE SUCCESS STEP:
Today, COMMIT yourself to starting and seeing a POSITIVE behavior or lifestyle change through!

ELIMINATE sweets (my sacrifice). MAKE your new business calls first thing in the morning. COMMIT to 1 hour of exercise 3 times a week.

Select your greatest NEMESIS and CHOOSE to overcome it. Focus ONLY on the THIS week, execute, then assess for focus on the next.

New behavior patterns are GENERATED in 6 weeks - POSITIVE or DESTRUCTIVE. Are you able to commit 6 weeks of EXCELLENCE to ensure YOUR success??
